hi there, I'm June

I'm a designer from Korea who lives in the Bay Area. I studied industrial design at KAIST and earned my MBA from the University of Michigan. I discovered a deep passion for creation—especially experiences for intelligent technologies that actually make sense to people.

Today, I lead design with a focus on building and supporting high-performing teams of designers and shaping thoughtful, human-centered experiences. I’m especially drawn to complex domains like securities and developer experiences, where design can play a powerful role in bringing clarity to complexities. I genuinely enjoy making the hard stuff feel a little easier—and maybe even enjoyable.

Outside of work, I try to stay grounded through yoga and meditation - I even started a YouTube channel for AI-guided meditation called Rich Cat Meditation. Other than that, I spend most of my time playing with two tabby cats and a white fluffy dog.

I've always loved building things, and I’m truly grateful for the journey so far. I’m excited for what’s to come.
