Hi there. I’m June, a Korea-born designer based in the Bay Area. I studied industrial design at KAIST and later picked up an MBA at Michigan, and somewhere along the way I found what still drives the work: designing intelligent technology that feels genuinely human, not just clever.
My work has focused on complex, high-impact domains, particularly developer and cybersecurity platforms. These are spaces where clarity is rare, the stakes are high, and thoughtful design can change everything. I’m especially drawn to untangling complicated systems, transforming cognitive overload into calm, and helping people feel more confident in the tools they rely on.
These days, I spend much of my time exploring AI-native product ideas, experimenting with vibe coding, and developing Aestheria ↗︎, a design context layer for AI coding agents. It is my current passion project and an ongoing exploration of how design systems can become more usable by both humans and AI, helping teams build polished, consistent products with far less friction.
I’m endlessly curious and driven to create thoughtful, useful designs and concepts. More than anything, I enjoy turning questions into real products and living prototypes.
The rest of my time is happily claimed by two tabby cats and one dramatically fluffy white dog.
I’ve always loved building things. I’m grateful for where the path has taken me, and quietly excited about what I’ll get to build next.
